Holidays and closing early

What do you guys normally do with the IPO and VM Pro with holidays and closing early? We have a Call Center hunt group that goes to VM at night and we would want this to happen if they closed early.

Give a phone a hunt group night service button with the group in question as the selected group and press it when ready.

Or program a extra time profile or condition in vmpro.
You are quick (good thing) because normally you get this kind of questions one day before Christmas
