Holiday Greetings

Is there a way to have multiple holiday greetings for the same day. In our corporate office there is multiple departments which on holidays need to give specific instructions for emergency service calls based off the department reached. In advance thanks for any input.

The best way to accomplish this is probably the same way you accomplish the different department messages to start with.

I'm assuming you are using different greeting tables for each group now. Just record the greatings that you want...and change them manually before the holiday... the return them to the normal greeting after the holiday has expired.

Unfortunately there is no way to automate this with multi-tenant enviroments.
