Holiday greeting MER Mail

How do I set up a holiday greeting on Meridian Mail?

I know where to set it up. I am confused because there is a Field for "Start Time" but no "End Time" and what is the "End Date".

Our regular schedule is open 8-5 Mon. thru Fri.

For Example: I want to setup holiday greeting for 11/25 all day. Does this mean that 11/26 is the "End Date" We are open 11/26 from 8am to 12 pm.


And then closed again for 11/26 after 12pm.

if you have business hours set, the holiday greeting will start at the start time and stop at the next business start time...

So do I have to set anything under "End Date"

If I do what will Meridian Mail on the "END DATE

it will go back to the assigned greeting for that date and time...either at the end date or the start of a normal buss hours..

So what you are saying is that the "END DATE" Field has no real meaning?
