Dear everyone,

I am using IPO 406 v3.2 with VCMpro...
I have noticed that on digtial phones (5610) when i send caller on hold phone is playing wav file saved in Avaya/IP Office/Manager...that is used for music on hold( was is saved as holdmusic.wav), but on nobrand analog phones there is different music on hold - i wish taht it would be same as on the Avaya DS phones... Any tips?

that's impossible! up to 4.1 there is only 1 moh source.

some analogue phones have a hold key, its not really a hold button but more of a mute key, which when pressed plays internal (as in the analogue phone) music to the caller rather than speech.

I bet you a fiver (stars are gone now!) that is what it is.

either that or they are all stoned and can't figure out where the music is coming from

Is it an analog phone with a hold button, because to use the IPO hold you need to press flash and I have aphone at home that plays it's own MoH when I put people on hold.

Thats pretty cool... I didnt realize they were putting MoH on analog phones.

I guess its time to take the rotary off the wall at my house.

I spend my life working in front of thousands of dollars of technology and its the single line $50 phone MoH that I find interesting haha.
