Greetings!
I have tried "holdmusic.wav" for MOH on two systems now (one IPO 403 at 3.0.44 the other a IPO 406v2 at 3.0.59).
Even though I have reduced the volume of the .wav files several times (down to about 25% of the original volume or lower) the IPO still seems to boost their volume back up to a level that is uncomfortable for callers on "hold".
After every edit of the .wav file I replaced the "holdmusic.wav" with the quieter file and rebooted the IPO.
It has been tested with calls from a variety of phone sets which have been placed on hold.
With this in mind, are there any suggestions on how to effectively adjust the volume for the holdmusic.wav?
Thanks,
Mark
