holdmusic.wav tftp port

Hello there
I have this issue with two customers, both using 500v1.
The IPOs can't load holdmusic.wav.
The file is OK,since I use it in many other systems.
I use Manager as the tftp server. In the log I can read:
"Received TFTP request for holdmusic.wav from 192.168.1.5:45551"
The port 45551 goes increasing for each failed request.
Why does this happen? Shouldn't it be port 69?

What path is set in the IPO Manager? Is the file HoldMusic.wav in that folder?
