holdmusic ip office 8.1 1

I have an IP Office 8.1 with embedded mail and someone loaded holdmusic.wave in past but the music is to loud. I put a new holdmusic.wave with the correct format in Manager and pointed the tftp server at this computer but when I do a reboot it doesn't replace the old music. What am I doing wrong? If I look at sd card the old music is still there in the primary folder and it does not let me delete it

I never go into this feature!!! and i dont know if the Music can Upload on the System!!!

do I need to upload music or loading it into Manager and pointing the tftp server should that just replace whats there

On the other system,like panasonic,they use to place a radio behind the system,for Ip Office there is an audio button label maybe... Go to This link on Document Categorie Document U will see a MUSIC On HOLD (MOH) submenu,Download it It will help U!

If you don't do it and don't know how to, why advise?
You need to load the new holdmusic.wav to the SD card in the primary folder, letting it drag the file from Manager was for the 500v1 and before, the 500v2s are quite different
