Hold Music or recording

I have a Mitel SX-200 system and am using the embedded voicemail. I'm very new to this and really haven't seen the interface before until recently. Is there a way to record a hold message? right now we put a person on hold and its dead silent to them. I would like for it to at least say Please Hold periodically so they don't think they got disconnected.

Also, Is there a way to change voicemail passwords on an embedded voicemail system on the SX-200?

Passwords can be reset from Form 50 or from the manager's mailbox if you have the password for it.
