I have a two 9100's CCIS together. When an extension calls another extension across CCIS when they put the caller on hold it flashes the CAP key then disappears. the caller hears music on hold then disconnect tone and this continues on for a minute. on the 8100 to do this you need *00 ICM key. The network manual for 9100 says it will reside on the CAP key. 9.xx software. thanks for the help

Did this ever work, or is this a new set up?
Does it happen with every phone, or just one?
Does the user have a common cap key, or unique?
It is set to 'land on key'?
Almost sounds like user error, or a user answering and hanging up (common cap key).
I suggest if they have common cap keys, assign a unique one only to that station. If they already have a unique cap key, change it to a different one, retest. Essentially change something related to see what happens.

50-15-04 un check for both systems and this will fix issue. frank and beans just posted the same issue and I told him the same fix and he said it fixed his issue as well. this issue was only IP to IP phones.During trouble shooting we found that single line to IP phone we had no issue only IP to IP. thanks for the reply
