Hold call reminder

Hello everyone,

This is my first post. I have a customer who makes or recieves a phone call thru MICS 6.1 XC software with 2 pri's. When they put the call on hold. After it times out it ring back to the receptionist and not back to the phone that put it on hold.

Asking the question sounds silly. But I cannot see how it goes from lets say me at X 250 putting a call on hold and after about 5 minute it rings back to the recpetionist which is X 221.

Any thought or help would be apreciated.

P.S. I have set the Hold recall time to 180. and the drt to 12. Although I am not sure the drt has anything to do with this issue.

Make sure the prime DN for each target line is the DN that has the line assigned to it. By default prime is the receptionist.

And yes DRT to Prime will affect it.
