I have a 9650 IP phone with several bridged appearances. The problem I have is when the user is on the phone and a call comes in on a bridged appearance he can’t put the call on hold without answering the bridged appearance call. The “Hold” button goes away and the only option is “Answer Hold” Any way to keep the hold button or have both options when a bridged call appearance is ringing?

Thanks!

Not sure if this will help - but we had instances where buttons disappeared - found that if you use the arrow buttons and move them up or down...the buttons will appear. I would test though...

you may try going into your phone menu options: Options and SEttings; Call settings; Go To PHone Screen on Ringing. Change from YES (default) to NO...this may keep you on the active line rather than jumping to the bridged line that's ringing.
