I have a HMS400 2.0 system that has been nothing but problems from day one. My newest issue that just got found a year later is that the console operator can not transfer a guest room to an admin mailbox via express messaging, the call just hangs. They are using the EES key and have no issues transfering room to room or admin to admin, it's just another problem on this piece of crap voicemail system. I think HMS is one of the worst products Ive worked on in the past 15+ years of Nortel..just like to put that out there
