I have one staff mailbox that we cannot retrieve the messages from. When we input the mailbox password, the system just hangs up. If I put in a wrong password or a wrong extension the system lets me know, so I am pretty sure we are using the right password.
If I need to delete and add this mailbox, or reset the pin, is this easy enough to outline the steps on here so I can walk someone through it onsite?
