Hit the limits

Msg 'Charts Limit =20 reached'
I expected to get over this by running a macro to open another APR and get an extra 20 charts. It didn't, I got the same msg. I need additional charts.

Also I will need lots of reports & I seem to remember that is a low limit too.

A second associated point is the number of fields per record, shown as 255. Does this include vars & calc fields as in the fields props box they show to be totalling close to the limit now.

The 255 fields per record is a dBase IV limitation, not Approach.

You can have max 20 charts per Approach session but you can open othe aprs in separate, concurrent Approach sessions to work around it.

Reports come under the 100 views per apr file limit but you can open additional reports in separate aprs within the same Approach session.
