Hit counter does not work

I am trying to get a hit counter from to work on my companies website. It is running on a very basic site, with default IIS settings on a Win 2003 server. The URL is
When I open the page on Internet Explorer directly from within windows exploer, the counter shows and works fine on the bottom left of the page. However, when viewed on the same browser, on the same or any other PC, using the URL, the counter does not show a count. I figure the problem has to be something with IIS.

Any help would be appreciated.

what is the code that they are using for you to post the hit counter on your site?
 
I'm guessing the directory in which the counter resides is not within your web root directory.

This is the code that tiny counter had me add to the end of the page:

The counter does not reside on my server. The code just references the URL on tiny counter's server.
