Trying to activate HR scheduling we receive message:


Error : Unable to activate the schedule for aaa : Cannot active job, Job has already actived

Is all setup correctly; did it work before?

I's probably something with the IceAdmin account (Be sure IceAdmin is a valid account on the system you are scheduling the report to, even if it's the CCMA).
For more information refer to 'You cannot activate scheduled reports', page 1960 of the 'Contact Center Manager Administration Installation and Maintenance Guide';
 
have you installed a new SU on CCMA?
In this case have a look to the special post-install instruction in the readme file - IUSR_SWC
 
Solved.
We changed iceAdmin password and applied post-install changes (recently have installed SU6) as well.
