History Folder in IE 5.5

I was wondering if someone could shed some light on some abnormal behavior with IE 5.5 SP@ on a Windows 2000 machine with a roaming profile? The user in question has their History folder set to clear itself after 25 days, however, today the user went into the folder to check a site that they had visited last week and the contents for last week were empty. The user says this happens all the time. It seems to not be holding the history for longer then a week. Any ideas?

This is a better manager , set minimum to 30mb .
