Historical stock status detail report by site ( Invenotry)

I am trying to make historical stock status report in crystal.
I am using following tables
-IV00101
-iv30200
-iv30300

I want to pull records bY GL POSTING DATE, what other table I need to use to pull transactions relating other than inventory.

any idea on this would be great help to me

just try to link the docnumbr first then run, if this doesn't work add the doctype. I don't think you need to link the sequence number.

Sorry for bothering you again;

I tried above but it does not work as soon as I link table iv30301 and use any field of this table in report. it return multiple records of one transaciton of iv30300 equal to detail sequence number (DTLSEQNM) of iv30301.

I tried different option but no luck.

I just checked my report and doctype,docnumbr and lnseqnbr were all linked and used left outer. If iv30300 is your main table which field are you using as your Group, try the itemnmbr first.

exactly what I did with mine.

picha - did you do any formula on UofM because we did have some issue before but got to make it work with SQL.

- SECOND GROUP - IV30300.ITEMNMBR

I tried linking doctype, docnumbr and lnseqnbr as left outer. it still returning me same multiple transactions.

yes I have following formula with UOM when I am trying to pull qty

if not isnull ({IV30200.TRXSORCE})and {IV30200.GLPOSTDT} <= cDateTime(2005,04,30,00,00,00)
and {IV30300.DOCTYPE} <> 3
then {IV30300.TRXQTY}*{IV30300.QTYBSUOM}
else 0
