Historical Reports--Help!

Under selection criteria, I select one agent, it does not move up to the "selected" area, and when I run the report, it runs ALL agents, not just the one I selected.?

Silly question but you are clicking on the checkmark and hitting the Update Selection Criteria right?

Had to uninstall and re-install SWC twice to solve problem. Sweet.
