Does anyone know of a report withing symposium or OTM that can tell you the average call times for calls that are transfered within a call center.



I read somewhere that "Data pegging for CALLSTRANSFERED IS NOT IMPLEMENTED FOR THIS RELEASE"

 
Hi,
If the call is transferred to a cdn from wich it goes to a primary script and then to a skillset it is possible.
