Historical calls not shown in Viewer

Does anyone know how I can view calls with Ciewer 7.8 that are recorded recorded prior to Viewer Installation?

Means, I have installed CSCM Recorder in Mai 2010, now the customer decided to use viewer/archiver as well.

So I installed Viewer/archiver in July. Unfortunately the Viewer shows only calls since the Viewer was installed.

You can push calls to viewer directly from postgres on the cscm by inum, that will consolidate the calls to the viewer eWareCalls DB
