Hipath4000v6 - TMANI Configuration(Need Help)

Hi everyone, anybody help me.
i had configure TMANI module on Hipath4000v6. Here is my latest configuration.
I have a flow chart to configure it, is this correct?
WABE : Create CO access Code
BUEND : Create TGRP
TACSU : Assign configuration to TMANI module
RICHT : Create route
LDAT :
LDPLN : Create dialplan
Result for this configuration : its OK to dial "0" to get outgoing line, and when i try to dial my cellular phone number and connected but so noisy. Not clear voice.

Which country are you performing this work?

There is no IP shelf involved, so I suspect that U-law versus A-law is not the problem.

Does everything else in the system sound OK? Only the TMANI trunk(s) sound bad?

Try performing: DIS-BCSU:TBL,1,1,6; Does the status of the TMANI board look OK?

Also perform: DIS-SDSU:ALL,,PEN,PER3,1,1,6,0; What is the status of the trunk

Try this: DIS-ZAND:CONFC; Is the system set to use A-law or U-law? Indonesia uses A-law, correct?

If all of that looks good, could there be a cable problem??? Double check the cable connection to the TMANI - make sure the connection is tight.

everything in the system sound O. Only the TMANI trunk sound bad. The status board is READY (checked in DIS-BCSU:TBL,1,1,6 and status of the trunk is READY (checked in DIS-SDSU:ALL,,PEN,PER3,1,1,6,0. And i try DIS-ZAND:CONFC; the parameter is ULAW and i try to change to ALAW parameter and then i try again to outgoing call but still noise. I also check the cable. The outgoing connection before insert in TMANI is good. and then i connected to TMANI and try again to outgoing call. The result is i can make outgoing call with voice quality not clear but better than before. any other advice??

Problem resolved.

We need to change PTIME parameter (see Hipath4000v6 documentation). Try to change cha-ptime:tmanimsg,13, see on PARA parameter
The value is just example for indonesia PTIME.
