Hipath Trading Console troubles

I have a Hipath trading console that shows "TERMINAL LOCKED BY SYSTEM" and the server shows "State of Representing Line" error.

Anyone know how to reset that connection between the Hipath4000v6 and the trading consoles?

It sounds like you might have something going on with the console itself. You didn't give a whole lot of detail, so I'm going to assume you're running a soft turret. It sounds like the turret has lost connection with the system manager. Beyond the basic rebooting and such, try turning off the firewall on the PC. You'd have to investigate to see what happened before the error occurred, as they normally don't break themselves. :)

I ended up pulling the SLMY card (SLMY is what the turrets connect to through the MUXY). once I plugged the SLMY back in, like 2 minutes later it was up and running.

Normally when this happens, it's that the clock on the turret is not within 5 mins of the server. Not these last 2, though.

Gotcha..... we've been on IP turrets for a few years, so I wouldn't have guessed that! Don't miss all of that!
