The requested device is currently unavailable.
The user's Tonido enabled device could be switched off or there could be a network connectivity problem.
Is it possible to repair it ? I really need DERT to repair an Openstage 40G phone...

I restarted it twice and it is working again now.

Oh good. I had that issue yesterday when I went to look to see if I had a certain document on there, but our company has started a heavy blocking policy and file sharing sites were part of that. I am supposed to be exempt, so before I said anything here I checked with the powers that be and was told this morning I was not being blocked. Knowing I was not the only one makes life simpler. Thanks for fixing it sbcsu!

No problem guys, it's motoring away most of the time.
I do check often but if there are updates etc. and reboots then sometimes I have to restart the Tonido service
Also I must check for the latest files for phones but if there are any other files that are required please let me know

Do you have DLS for Windows server, and Hipath 3800 files ?

Yeah, the DNS at Tonido is not working for it.
I may have to use an alternative
I am investigating but I am away working at the minute so it'll take another few days -

OK - I think it is working again - it seems to be a Tonido issue with DNS - hopefully it is resolved now and we can continue to use it.
