HiPath SIP Device and SIP Intercom Device

We are using SIP phones on HiPath 4000.
We have purchased this intercom device (from Vonamic) and is supposed to work with SIP PABXs too.
The only configuration it requires are: SIP Proxy, Username@domain and password. I have provided all these but the SIP intercom device does not seem to get registered.
I've tried using softphones and other non-Siemens SIP telephone devices, they all seem to work, but not the SIP intercom device.
Are there added configurations I need to setup?

As they are a German firm they should have documents for connecting to Hipath.
Give them a ring or email them.
