I have a Hipath 4000 and I have a problem.

I have a lot of numbers blocked because they only can call to internal numbers and I want to configure it to call to external phones.

Would you tell me which command is it?

Do you have the program ExpertAccess/ComWin installed ?
Do you have Web Access to the system (HiPath Assistant ?)
Do you have the user names and passwords required to log on via Assistant

Is there anyone to hand over the system to you or do you have any local contacts which may assist
