Hipath 4000 V6 hunt group redirection number in sip

Hi,

i have a problem with sip extensions that are assigned to a hunt group, receiving a redirection number from that hunt group as unconditional forwarding in sip invite header.

For example,
if i have sip extensions 1001 and 1002 in hunt group 1000, when i call from some other extension hunt group 1000, the call will ring at 1001 correctly, but invite will contain redirection number header from 1000. How do i remove this diversion number?
It should not be there in a normal hunt group call, because its making problems for my voicemail system.

I had a look around a system but cannot find anything that jumps out at me regarding this.
Only if you could try and setup 1000 as HUNT in WABE rather than STN or the other way around (STN in WABE) to see if there is any difference?

I have tried that and result is the same. Still, there is a diversion header present in the invite.

I presume that MBCHL is set in SDAT (But that probably has no bearing on the problem)

Maybe, I am not sure, you could make it a parallel of an 'ordinary' phone so when that ordinary phone would ring in the hunt group that the SIP phone would also ring ?

Other than that I think it's time to get the traces and send them on to higher support for assistance.

What type of SIP phones are they ?

They are software sip clients, actually a VM system.
Yes, MBCHL is set, should not have an effect on that.

That means tons of traces, explanations, been there...
Its easier to make a change in the VM system software. (Fortunately, i wrote it..)

Just wondering what version it is and is it patched up to the latest release ?

This is what's currently on:
P30252N4802BH3015|V6 R2.15.30, i think it's the latest.
STMI/HG also to the latest.
