hipath 4000 v3

dear all
a have anew job, one of new task is a hipath 4000 v3 follow up and configuration,and don't have a previous knowledge about the pbx.
can any one help me to know the operation of this pbx.

for dial plan 0 if dial 9 the system wait for code to inter.
put for dial plan 1 if dial 9 the system send dial tone for call.
i need a material begin from it to understand the system and relationship of system

the system
the Siemens connected to isdn.
Siemens >>sip trunk>> elastics1 (internal call only)
Siemens >>sip trunk>> elastics2 (internal call only)

elastics1 >>sip trunk>> Siemens (internal and external via Siemens call)
elastics2 >>sip trunk>> Siemens (internal call only)

It must be that there is another system outside of the Siemens system (HiPath 4K)
That system needs to get a code to send your call further.
If the code 8971 is working and you want all calls to work then put all extensions in DPLN 1

but what make the deference between dial plan 0 and 1, in access code need.

i am computer engineer, work in networks.
Maintenance contract has been terminated, and the Siemens become one of the my follow up systems.

Put a phone in DPLN 0, Can you dial out ?
Put a phone in DPLN 1, Can you dial out ?

Are Both routes working?

Then just leave the phones where they are, maybe the end users or the operator can tell you why this was added.

Do you have any problems on the system?

all codes defined using persi and assign to stno (6000 to 6999)

and every employee have its own code only for personal use.
few stations are assign to dpln (1) to access external without codes.

i need find all station numbers assign to dpln 1,
(sbcsu,scsu) show only one station number at a time.

The quickest way (that always works) that I have found is to display all the extensions and look through them one by one.

DIS-SBCSU;
DIS-SCSU;

Then search the output for DPLN =1 or DPLN =0

COP and/or COT are only parameters for TRUNK use and have nothing to do with Dialplan use
