Hipath 4000 V 6.0 installation

Any one please guide me
this is my 1st v6 installation and I am getting the following problem

Duplex system initial configuration done and submitted but the system not get activated and I am unable to access the portal
error message : service not available
I have changed the ip addresses as per the manual and submitted
