Hi

I have an OS4K V7 and music on hold is not active I just tried:
CHANGE-ZAND:TYPE=ALLDATA,HOLDTN=MUSIC,MELODY=1;
and
CHANGE-ZAND:TYPE=TONES,CP=MOH,SIU=1;

but it is not beeing active by use of internal existing musics on Openscape musics...

what should I do?

Dear Moriendi and Dear SBCSU

I'm honored to anounnce that we captured the packet which sent by unify SIP phone to STMI card and put it in the software of the IVR made by our vendor locally and Music on hold wile transferring call from IVR to stations works properly.
