Hi,

Requesting to kindly advice to add(Prefix) "0" for out dialing just mobile numbers as mandate from GOVT.
I have Unify OpenScape 4000 EcoServer.

Regards

What do you currently dial for mobile numbers ?
What do you want to dial for mobile numbers from now on ?

Thank you for responding.
Currently we dial 9 for dial tone and then mobile number.
Now as per mandate, we have to dial 9 for dial tone and 0+mobile number.

Version is V 8. and we are having 10 digits mobile number basically starts from 9xxxxxxxxx,8xxxxxxxxx, or 7xxxxxxxxx.

You should always put the following command in before getting any information out
CHA-FUNCT;REGIN=Y;

So these ones are ALL mobiles ???
| 17 | 9-2X | 0 |
| 16 | 9-3X | 0 |
| 15 | 9-4X | 0 |
| 14 | 9-5X | 0 |

| 5 | 9-97X | 0 |
| 4 | 9-98X | 0 |
| 3 | 9-99X | 0 |
| 2 | 9-X | 0 |

Sorry ! as i am newbie to this and have zero knowledge of EPABX. Kindly bear with me.
Mobile numbers only start from 9,8,7 rest all link 2,3,4,5,6 will be landline which does not require "0" prefix. Only mobile numbers have been mandate to prefix '0".

You will need to be very clear !

These are mobile numbers yes/no
Please clarify the ?? comments

| 12 | 9-7X | 0 |

Hi,
| 12 | 9-7X | 0 |
| 11 | 9-8X | 0 |
| 37 | 9-90X | 0 |
| 10 | 9-91X | 0 |
| 9 | 9-92X | 0 |
| 8 | 9-93X | 0 |
| 7 | 9-94X | 0 |
| 38 | 9-95X | 0 |
| 6 | 9-96X | 0 |
| 5 | 9-97X | 0 |
| 4 | 9-98X | 0 |

All above mobile numbers ?? (Yes all are mobile numbers)

| 3 | 9-99X | 0 | - Emergency Number ?? (This is also mobile number. For Example 9987603333.
| 2 | 9-X | 0 | - Local Number ??( I have confusion on this, as 9 is for Dialing outside, and x could come under
(Local,STD,ISD.)

You could delete the LDPLN's for the existing mobile numbers but I would just add in new LDPLN's for the new numbers beginning with 0 as follows:

ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,9-090X,0&1,1&2,,,3,,,,N;
ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,9-091X,0&1,1&2,,,3,,,,N;
ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,9-092X,0&1,1&2,,,3,,,,N;
ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,9-093X,0&1,1&2,,,3,,,,N;
ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,9-094X,0&1,1&2,,,3,,,,N;
ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,9-095X,0&1,1&2,,,3,,,,N;
ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,9-096X,0&1,1&2,,,3,,,,N;
ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,9-097X,0&1,1&2,,,3,,,,N;
ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,9-098X,0&1,1&2,,,3,,,,N;
ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,9-099X,0&1,1&2,,,3,,,,N;

Hi,

I tried "ADD-LDPLN:LCRPATT,0,9-099X,0&1,1&2,,,3,,,,N;", but didn't worked. when i tried dialing 9 and the mobile(9987612345 - Sample dummy number) number, call does not connect. It should go like this 9 and 09987612345.

Also how to undo the upper used command.

909987612345 should work

9- for the initial 9 (assuming for outside line)
098X should match 09987612345
Unless there is something wrong with LODR tables.

If you want to dial 9987612345 and it to actually dial 90987612345, is more complex but possible.

Yes correct, 9 is initial for outside line.

909987612345 works.

But we we require to dial 9987612345 and it to actually dial 90987612345.

The Commands I sent were meant to go in as send without you adding another 0

So what you are saying now is that you want to dial one number but send out another ??

I meant to say if user dials 9-9987612345 it should go automatically 9-09987612345.

That would require editing the ODR - (Out Dial Rules) specific to the LDAT used.
Is there anyone there that can assist you with this ?

There are independent vendors who would do this.

If you can do the following:

CHA-FUNCT:REGIN=Y;
REG-LDAT;
REG-LODR;
REG-RICHT;
