I'm for some reason drawing a complete blank in trying to remember where to change the hold timer.
Scenario - user puts a call on hold. After a set time - I believe the call rings back to the local phone and if not answered then goes to our attendant console.
Any input on where to change this timer and/or the behavior of where the call goes when the timer expires?
