Hey,

I have in my branch old hipath 4000. Most of mobile phone i use sl1, e49 and R630.
R630 don't show incoming caller id. Is setting in pbx where i could change something to solve it?
What i have to check?

My college in centrum of company has hp 4000 and it work for him.

Hi,
'old hipath 4000' - What version ?

I presume the phones are DECT phones ?
Do you get caller ID on fixed phones ?
Are the DECT phones setup as GAP (Generic Access Profile) in the CAT Tool ? - If so then incoming caller number may not be possible

version is v6. But as i know hardware is older. I received this info from siemens technician when it was installed.

Yes, it's DECT.
I have caller id on fixed phones and DECT like SL1, E49, not on R630.

I don't have CAT Tools. I use via web page HiPath 4000 Assistant V4 or command line HiPath 4000 expert access. Can i check it via this?

I don't know about the web page, I presume that is the 'Assistant'.
I do not use that to administer the Cordless.
The CAT tool will tell you if the phone is setup as GAP or not.
If it is GAP then you get very limited functions as they are a generic DECT phone.
Ask your technician to resolve as DECT can be intricate to deal with.
