Hipath 3k

Hello

We have a hipath 3550, this is running with an HG card serving IP phones in other branches and digital phones in the main branch. Now we are getting a delay when anwsering calls in the main branch. phone will ring and caller can pick up but the display on the phone remain the same for afew seconds. Now the entire switch has been swapped out and an we have also done a database retype. but this issue still occurs. even making an internal call between digital phones has the same issue.

Any ideas anyone?

Hi, Its running the latest V7. HG card has been upgraded aswell.
