Hipath 3k EVM setup

Hello,

I am trying to set up the evm on the hipath to work as an auto attendant. So far its set up alright but need to fix some imperfections.
-The virtual number is forwarded to the evm
-the personalized greeting is working (tralala, press 1 for ... -uploaded via maintenance)
-speed dialing is working

The problems :
After the greeting is played the message ends with "please hold on while ..." - i want to remove the AA`s english voice and replace it with the local language ( i have the greetings made)
I`m trying to create a continuous loop between the greeting without the englis voice with the speed dialing on.
After speed dialing is used and all users busy, i would like for the 2nd greeting to jump in and keep the caller on the line, not to hang up.

On the speed dialing keys i have hunting groups.
 
I don't know if you can change the recording, you can change the language in Maintenance | EVM.
 
i made a loop,
made a 2nd virtual station and added it as intercept, and i didn`t get the recording, but no speed dialing.


right now i want it do to this :
-caller goes to robot > presses 3 ( hunt group ) and if no answer or all busy i want it to go to the robot again ( greeting 2)

any idea how i can do this ?
 
if you have the group set to go to vm in intercept targets, and make group mailbox a AA, it should allow you to have second options.?

It could cause the call to go around in a loop all day if same group is selected
 
well i would like it to go on a loop with the selected stations and the AA ( with the all stations are busy now), but it does not.
 
if I understand you, if all are busy, you could put a spare slt port and add it to the group. so the group is never busy.

I think you are asking a lot from the EVM, you may need the IVM card
 
a call center is whats needed, can`t help it though, must use the evm to its best potential. decided to make the call duration to a max, added a virt number to the hunting group but it won`t pick up, adding the evm number asks for password, even if its forwarded.

right now i left it with the max time on the call, but when an external call hits the AA and then hangs up, the AA keeps calling the selected hunting group.

perhaps moving the chat to a messenger or something would be more fruitful :) if u have the time
 
do you have analogue lines on the system?

got 4 analog trunks, still can`t get it to work. the call ends at some point with the aa : there is no answer
 
if you like, send a back up kds to that e-mail address you used all ready so I can see the setup
