hipath 3800 trunk to trunk disconnect

hi all:
i have two hipath 3800 ,it connect via E1 pri.
Side 1 has c.o trunk & E1 pri to PSTN.
Side 2 has E1 pri to PSTN.

when a call comes from side 1 C.O trunk then trans to side 2 extension,the extension call forward no answer to side 2 E1 pri,
when the mobile phone answer ,the call will disconnect immediate .

but if the call comes from the side 1 E1 pri it's ok.

is anyone have any experience with this status. thanks a lot

You will have to explain more. You say from side 1 to side 2 then fwd to side 2. Are both sides going out on external calls through analogue lines

i am also facing the same problem in hipath 4000.
Two hipath 4000 are integrated through E1.
1.From system 1 extensions to system 2 extensions internal calls are working fine.
2.I have installed IVM from India and the AA&VM system is working fine in system1
3.If some one calls from PSTN to system 1 and AA answers and transfered the call to system 1 extension and there is no any issue.
if the caller dial the system 2 extensions the extension rings once and disconnect.
All the extensions numbers of system 1 and system 2 are programmed in IVM of system 1.

please give me some idea if any one knows to resolve this issue.
