Hipath 3800 to Avaya IPO500 networking on QSIG on ISDN PRI

I have A Siemens Hipath 3800 V8 Installed On Cornet on PRI, now I am trying to connect Avaya IPO 500 to this Siemens Hipath3800 on Qsig.

CALLS from Avaya to Siemens work well, the calls from Siemens to Avaya also land on the dialled extension, but the call gets disconnected after few seconds. The Avaya Trace shows that disconnect signal came from Hipath.

Can someone suggest the settings?
