hipath 3800,+hg1500+asterisk can't transfer calls

Hello,

I have setup asterisk and hipath 3800 +hg1500 with extensions working between two systems, the only problem is that I can transfer an incoming call to asterisk extension nor I can enter the asterisk extension upon welcome message to transfer the call...
What I want to achieve..
call -> ISDN-> welcome message-> siemens optipoint-> transfer -> asterisk extension

Now optipoint can call asterisk extensions and vice versa, but can handle incoming call....

I attach my routing parameters of asterisk trunk group 16.

Also I added on "incoming calls/call forwarding" external destination, through trunk group 16 and asterisk extension but not work..

any help appreciated

Thank I already check that, but this will not work as it's for old firmware, mine is HG1500 v9 and pretty much I have the same config but without virtual ports, and if I create a virtual port simply don't work...
