Hi we have a Siemens Hipath 3550 v8 IP PBX. We have an issue where the caller list (incoming/missed) are not being displayed. this is due to the Auto-attendant which once picks up an external line then dial the desired extension as an internal call ( with 0 as a prefix) as a result the call can't be logged on the devices.
Only 3 option are in managerE:
1 - unanswered internal and external calls
2 - Unanswered external calls
3 - All external calls whether answered or no.
