Hipath 3550 v8 Caller List Mode

Hi we have a Siemens Hipath 3550 v8 IP PBX. We have an issue where the caller list (incoming/missed) are not being displayed. this is due to the Auto-attendant which once picks up an external line then dial the desired extension as an internal call ( with 0 as a prefix) as a result the call can't be logged on the devices.

Only 3 option are in managerE:
1 - unanswered internal and external calls
2 - Unanswered external calls
3 - All external calls whether answered or no.

I didn't find how to edit the Post.

The issue is not that the caller ID not being Displayed. It is displayed on the Openstage 15 Device but not Saved in the caller list of the device. The external number is displayed with a prefix (0) the number of the Auto-Attendant.
