Hipath 3000 v10 SIP provider DID Setup

Hello,

I have a hipath 3000 with HG1500 and I setup few SIP providers that work calling external for years, but now we bought DID lines and I tried every configuration, and can't get to make them call at call group nor on extensions.

Also we had ISDN lines but now all our lines are VoIP DIDs...
I set at
lines/network -> routes: location number on PABX
but nothing.

Does anyone knows a guide or a tip about DID lines...?

Hi,

You need to add them under the itsp in the hg config. If you right click on the pilot, from memory, you will get an option to add them. You can then assign the incoming extn as well.

I already add them there with MSNs as DID and assign them to stations, as the manual explains, and I set dial plans to hipath and I can dial out with no problems, the problem is when there is an incoming call it drops, can't receive it on hipath.

On lines/networking - > routing parameters I have
route type : CO ( I also tried PABX but nothing)
call number type: Direct inward dialing (I also tried internal/DID but still nothing)

If you turn on call tracing in maintenance, do the calls reach you?

thanks I didn't know that, I enable trace and here what I got, it's not all, but I think it shows the problem, I could use some help though understand it...
