hipath 3000 E1 integration

Hello all I would appreciate any help on inter grating an E1 line into the hi path 3000 PBX solution. Any manual or required hardware needed would be appreciate. Any possibility of remote installation from any capable person would be appreciated thanks.

What system is the E1 coming from or is it from a carrier ?
