Hint on ACOD

Problem: normally our users dial *2+5 digit authcode+09+phone number. but if the user dials *2+authcode+ACOD+phone number the calls are not being registered in the system. any ideas? is this a misconfiguration of the switch?

your users put up with that? yes it's a known hack.. use tgar/targ blocking

change your ACOD for starters and dont give out to anyone

Change your ACOD and set all sets as cls DAPD (this will hide the access code on all sets)
