Which are in your opinion the best and the worst remarkable features showed in this flash demo?

Which should the IPO salesmen not to offer to avoid a pain in the head?

in my concern the best remarkable thing was the inclusion of the onex mobile clients

and the worst
still the CRM is showed but there's a lag between Avaya geeks and Microsoft ones to update from CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0 and not to speak about the database servers (MSDE and SQL server)

I was told they will not be going to CRM 4.0. There wont be any updates.

With DB servers I refer to the pain when installing Contact Store, Compact Contact Center, CRM, and other applications without using a dedicated server PC for each one of them.

Conflicts with DB engine versions, instances, databases.

For example LCS and CRM needs SQL server 2005.
Contact Store and CCC needs MSDE, but the sequence must be first the CCC and later the CS strictly.
