Highlighting Entire Row In Grid

Can anyone assist with the following?. I'm trying to highlight the entire row in a grid, no problem setting the fore and back colors etc. What I require is for the whole line to be white background with red forecolor when the record or line is selected. Any suggestions please....

Set color of HIGHLIGHT to N/BG && Selected option in a menu.

Set color of NORMAL to W/N && Date, screen text, titles.
