high call rate

Hi all;
we have bc10 system with 24 lims and two weeks ago something happened,adn we have high call rate alarm for 13th lim

here is some output for it. But after resetting pcm links, it happens again

clear all alarms out
ALREI, GJREI, HIREI

then restart RMPS (you may get call congestion if so do it again)

then SFCEI

then check logs and see if any lost signals in HIEDP log
 
Ok now i did it.. will inform you, if it occurs again

HIGH CALL RATE is related to the number off calls started within a certain timewindow for a LIM.

Thus when a LIM has to handle more than X (sorry no doc available at this moment) calls per second, you're reaching a limit.

However it has no direct relation to Group Links or Routes, there may be a lot off traffic be generated in a specific LIM when such resource is not available.

The also may be a lot of short length traffic (defective modem or fax pool) at this particular LIM 13, check it with TRaffic recording. If so consider to spread this particular load over more low traffic LIM's

Now it occured again.
Also there was no high call rate alarm for this lim before, aprxmtly 2 weeks ago. And actually i don't know what caused this problem...

We have predictive outbound campaign which is active now And this caused it...
