HIGH CALL RATE?

Hi All.
I have promblem in MD110 (bc9),All extention gives busy tone,and oprator cannot connect with any trunk.
In winfiol alarm log give me,
please help me.

You have to much traffic the limit in BC9 (if I remeber) is 0.9 calls per second. According to your alarm its over 2 calls per second. Try figure ut "who" is making all calls. If it's normal you hav to add more lims and spreed the trunks and extension between them.

We have this problem with one of our LIMs as well. You should look at what LIM it is in and determine if you have a hunt group or line(s) in there that have high traffic. We have a visitation line at our detention center. We found the problem by doing traffic measures on the suspected line. The alarms matched their open hours and days. They have about 1500 calls per 15 minute period.
