Hello,

we have Genesys Contact Centrum implemented over Definity PBX. Due to Routing Strategies mismatch in Genesys was each call many times rerouted again and again to Definity. Extremely arose traffic between MADP and telephone server of Genesys and worst of all, the call processing in PBX reached 99% and it caused Definity went down (no dial tone etc..).
We have Definity version G3V9r.0 and I would like to ask if is this state treated in a higher version of PBX. I mean if PBX will get extremely high ammount of requests from MADP it will disconnect this ASAI link to save its own health.

Thanks for any opinions

can you tell me if you have resolved this issue. We may potentially have the same problem

No, we resolved only original cause. That is - mismatch in routing stragies in Genesys. But it may occur in future again!
