Hierarchial grouping and parameters

I have created (1) group and placed a hierarchical grouping based off that grouping. I also tried and placed a parameter that would sort on customers related to that hierarchical group. However when i input the parameter it will return the correct values however they aren;t in the nice heirarchical view with indentation. What would be causing this?

Cyrstal doesn't automatically indent report details. You need to move them, if that's what you want.

How would i do that? When you are specify the Hierarcical view it will indent them

It's not something I'm familiar with. Which Crystal? It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.
