Hiding the first two lines in a value prompt

How can I hide the first two lines in a value prompt. Where the second line is the dash.

Hello, on your prompt page you would have to add a HTML item that contains a javascript function for the Page OnLoad event. When the page is loaded you would search for the control by its ID name, and then remove the first two items in the list. You'll have to remember to name your control in the Report Studio prompt page properties panel.
