Hiding networked printers

We have some stand alone printers on our network which we use with a web based print payment system.

Does any one know how we can stop people bypassing the system and just printing straight from the shared printers option in the print dialogue box. We have recently 'unbound' our macs from the windows network administrators and don't want to go back to slow down start up restart hell.

The few macs that are still bound dont seem to be able to see the networked printers as the unbound macs do.

Mostly using OS X 10.3 and 10.4

Found out someone was sharing the printers from their machine!!!!! Sorted thanks
